RINGKANG: Jurnal Kajian Tari dan Pendidikan Seni Tari [e-ISSN: 2776-4778 | p-ISSN: 2797-9105] is a journal dedicated to dance studies and dance education, published by the Dance Education Study Program, Faculty of Art and Design Education (FPSD), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). The journal aims to disseminate research findings and scholarly works in the fields of dance studies and dance education.
The scope of research covered by the journal includes education and learning, particularly innovations in learning models, teaching methods, instructional media, assessment systems, learning resources, educational policy systems, curriculum development, dance education in community contexts, ethnochoreology, dance anthropology, dance performance, dance studio management and education, as well as other relevant issues in dance education.
RINGKANG is published three times a year, in February, August, and December, comprising three issues annually. The journal is published by the Dance Education Study Program, Faculty of Art and Design Education (FPSD), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), in collaboration with AP2SENI and the World Dance Alliance South Asia Pacific, based on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Ringkang: Jurnal Kajian Tari dan Pendidikan Seni Tari is an accredited scientific journal recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, with Fifth Grade Accreditation (Sinta 5) for the period covering Volume 3 Number 2 (2023) through Volume 8 Number 1 (2028), based on Decree No. 156/C/C3/KPT/2026 dated April 7, 2026.
