Kanayagan: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Bidang Seni aims to provide a high-quality platform for the dissemination of community service activities that bridge the gap between academic research and practical application. The journal focuses on the empowerment of society through creative, educational, and technological interventions.

We invite lecturers, practitioners, and students to submit original manuscripts that demonstrate the implementation of research-based activities. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following primary areas:

• Creative Empowerment: Implementation of community-based projects in music, dance, theater, and fine arts.
• Visual Communication: Innovative creative design solutions for community problems.
• Cultural Preservation: Activities focused on the actualization, revitalization, and documentation of local wisdom and indigenous culture.

• Literacy Programs: Initiatives aimed at enhancing art and design literacy across various social demographics.

Contributions are expected from senior researchers, project managers, research administrators, and Ph.D. students at advanced stages of their research, representing both public organizations and private industry. Equally, the journal is intended for scholars, students, researchers working at research organizations and government agencies, and enterprises undertaking applied R&D to lead innovations.

Evaluation & Acceptance Criteria

A rigorous review process will be used. Prior to the formal review, submitted papers will be screened to ensure their suitability and scope alignment. In addition, an initial quality control check will be performed to ensure that language, style of references, and general formatting comply with the journal's official style guide.
